Sidney and Abby decided to join Girl Scouts out here. My only thought was...mmm girl scout cookies. I had no idea that meant selling girl scout cookies in the freezing, snowing cold. Last weekend, one of the coldest I've experienced since I went to Oprah, Sidney and Tom sold cookies for an hour. Then a few hours later, Sidney and I were back out for another hour and forty-five painful minutes. We each had on long johns, jeans, sweats and Sidney had on her snow pants too. I had on my two heaviest coats and I still was SOOO cold. When Tom came home after selling he decided that being a girl scout just isn't worth it and he was not doing that again next year! We'll see who wins that argument; Sidney or Tom.
I didn't get a picture of Sidney last week, but this is what Abby looked like after selling cookies for an hour and a half. What a poster child for the Girl Scouts of America! I especially like her smile! It was a bit warmer this weekend at 38 degrees, but it was raining, thundering and lightning.

I wished you lived closer! we would have bought a ton from the girls. No one is a girl scout around these parts in UT. It is hit and miss when you go to the grocery store so hopefully in the next couple of weeks we will see some girl scouts
